What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your BBMK Cosmetics purchase, simply send back your order and email contact@beautybymizk.com letting us know you are returning your item/items within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Do you ship internationally?

BBMK Cosmetics is unable to accept orders from destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I change or cancel an order:

Contact us within one hour of placing your order via EMAIL (contact@beautybymizk.com), and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returning defective/wrong items:

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance via Email.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

BBMK Cosmetics offer FREE U.S. Standard Ground Shipping on all orders $75+ USD.

Where is my order?

Access your order status and history by signing in to your account or by the confirmation email we send you after your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow 3-5 Business days for items to be shipped. 

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Please note: Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes or US Territories.
